Terms and Conditions

"Services" means all dry cleaning, laundry, ironing, stain removal, shoe cleaning, and related garment care services offered by Urban Dry Clean, whether ordered through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person.

"Customer" or "You" means any individual or entity that uses our Services or accesses our website.

"Order" means a request for pickup, cleaning, or delivery of garments or household items submitted through any of our channels.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Urban Dry Clean provides premium garment care services including but not limited to:

• Dry Cleaning (regular and premium)
• Steam Ironing and Pressing
• Laundry (wash and fold / wash and iron)
• Stain Removal and Spot Treatment
• Shoe and Sneaker Cleaning
• Curtain and Upholstery Cleaning
• Wedding and Bridal Wear Care
• Leather and Suede Care

Service availability may vary by location. We currently serve Greater Noida West and surrounding areas.

Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp (+91 97101 08181), or by calling us directly. Once an order is confirmed, we will schedule a pickup at your preferred time and location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the type of service, garment condition, and order volume. We will notify you when your items are ready for delivery.

You are responsible for ensuring that all items handed over for cleaning are accurately described and that pockets are emptied. We are not responsible for items left in pockets.

Prices for our services are listed on our Price List page and may be updated from time to time. The price applicable at the time of order placement will apply to that order.

Payment is due at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods.

Promotional offers and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

We take utmost care in handling your garments. However, please note:

• We follow care label instructions. If a garment has no care label, we will use our best professional judgment, but we cannot guarantee results.
• Pre-existing damage, wear, weak fabric, colour bleeding, shrinkage due to fabric quality, or embellishment damage that occurs during standard cleaning processes is not our liability.
• Stain removal is attempted on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, especially old or set-in stains.
• We are not liable for damage caused by defective dyes, finishes, or manufacturing defects in garments.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your garment caused by our negligence:

• Our maximum liability shall not exceed 10 times the cleaning charge for that specific item.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items collected without objection are deemed accepted in satisfactory condition.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We shall not be liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government orders.

You may cancel a pickup request before our representative arrives at no charge. Once garments have been collected, cancellation is subject to the following:

• If processing has not begun, a full refund will be provided.
• If processing has begun, applicable charges will be deducted and the balance, if any, will be refunded.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Items not collected within 30 days of notification of completion will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items after this period, and no liability or compensation will apply.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order.
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website.
• Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of our website without written consent.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Urban Dry Clean or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., WhatsApp, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
